Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. 

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. If Cosmic Jalebi is experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time can get delayed. We’ll communicate these changes through mail and what’s app.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment methods : Estimated delivery time : Shipment cost

Surface Delivery : 6-10 business days : Free

Express Delivery : 3-4 business days : Rs 60

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You can expect to receive shipment confirmation and tracking number within 2-3 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Cosmic Jalebi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cosmic Jalebi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
